Dennis L. Parkins

CEO and Secretary.

Mr. Parkins majored in Architecture at the University of Kansas. He is a licensed architect in the states of Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and has a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) Certificate.

CIVIC AFFILIATIONS: Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Chillicothe Plan Commission, Chillicothe Plat Officer, Pearce Community Center Board of Directors.

Thomas N. Landes, Jr., Founder, 1921-2000.

After 35 years of service, Mr. Landes retired to pursue his hobbies and community activities. He was a member of the Society of American Registered Architects, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers.

Wayne H. Benson, Retired Partner

After 31 years of service, Mr. Benson is retired and pursues his hobbies. He was a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, and the Central Illinois Electrical League.

Additional Staff

The full time staff includes experiences, well-trained personnel. They are qualified to provide all necessary design, drafting/CAD operation, estimating, specification preparation and clerical services for our projects. We also have a part time staff of architects, engineers, and draftsmen that are utilized when the work load dictates.
